Yin Yoga

Yoga in the Salt Cave feels like doing yoga on the beach. It is really great for your core and the salt helps to reduce inflammation of tired muscles as you go through the poses and stretch out your body.

Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga that incorporates the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. This practice targets the joints and deep connective tissues, the fascia and ligaments. Poses are mostly seated and held for 2 to 5 minutes. It is a deeply therapeutic, yet challenging practice that promotes healthy joints and flexibility.

This class is suitable for all levels.

 

Kundalini Yoga

1 hour | $30 | Instructor: Paula Jennings | Tuesdays 10:00 am

Join Paula as she takes you through Deep Healing Breath work, Meditation and Kundalini Yoga poses in the Salt Cave.

Suitable for all levels.

 

Hatha Flow

1 hour | $30 | Instructor: Joyce Cobb | Sundays & Mondays 10:00 am

These classes take place in the Salt Cave.  

Hatha Flow is a vinyasa flow class based on classical Hatha Yoga. The structure of this class is as follows:
Warm up
Sun Salutation

Classical Hatha standing poses and balances Seated poses and deep stretch
Cool down / Yin poses
Guided meditation and Savasana (rest)

This class is suitable for all levels.

 

Yoga Nidra

90 Minutes | Instructor: Nancy Rich | Once a Month on a Wednesday 7pm-830pm $55

Yoga Nidra is the art of Conscious relaxation. You will learn techniques which will allow you to reach new states of conscious awareness with acute perception of both your physical and subtle body.

 

Yin Yoga

A slower paced style of yoga that is rooted in the practice of Traditional Chinese medicine. Both therapeutic and challenging, yin yoga targets the deeper tissues of the body, tendons and ligaments.

Appropriate for all levels.

 

Private Yoga

Private Yoga classes are available in the Salt Cave or in one of our treatment rooms with our Yoga Therapist and are custom designed based on your individual goals. 

Can also add Sound Healing to Private Yoga.

 

Pilates Mat Class

Instructor: Mo Wolfe | $30 | Saturdays 10: am - 11am

The 34 original mat exercises and more! This challenging class will leave you breathless and build skills you can use at home.
