Late Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for MASSAGES are required 24 hours prior to the service. There will be a full charge for no-shows and cancellations. CANCELLATIONS FOR SALT SESSIONS must be made 4 hours prior to the start time of your salt session in order to allow those on the wait list adequate notice that they have been added to the  schedule. For salt sessions beginning between 10am, cancellations must be made before 9pm the night before.

Late cancellations or no shows after the cut-off period shall result in either (a) the loss of the session (for those clients with individual salt session packages) or (b) a charge of $10 to your account (for those clients with monthly memberships).

Enforcement Policy: Roslyn Salt Cave's goal with this policy is simply to give more clients the opportunity to take sessions during our peak hours.

Wait List Policy

It is assumed that by being on the waitlist, you WANT to take the session if you can get in. Please remove yourself from the waitlist 4 hours prior to the start of class if you no longer want to take the session. Clients that are automatically added to the session 4 or more hours prior to the beginning of class will be held to the late cancellation and no show policy.
