At Roslyn Salt Cave we have created a blank canvas of healing. Our goal is to meet you wherever you are spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally.
As soon as you step into our space you will feel the calming, welcoming environment. Our retail Store is known as the “recharging station”, and our members often come and just hang out and chat, and soak up the positive vibes. Our Retail store has a collection of curated created beautiful items to give as gifts and enhance your wellness journey at home.
We offer community workshops that include Monthly Full Moon Meditations, Reiki and Sound Healing Circles, Bliss Retreats, daily Yoga, weekly Pilates classes, Women’s Circles, and individual Services that include Custom Massages, Reiki, Pranic Healing, Psychic readings and so much more.
We understand that each of our healing journeys are as unique as we are, with that in mind, we have a holistic concierge and a team of over 40 healers, a collective intelligence of eastern and western practitioners, who will work together to custom design a wellness program for your specific needs.
We have TWO Salt Caves, one is a community salt cave with up to 14 zero gravity chairs for communal group salt sessions. These 45 minute sessions start every hour on the hour 7 days a week. The cave is 67 degrees, so slightly chilly. We have soft, sterilized blankets available but you may bring your own if you feel more comfortable. reservations are suggested in case the cave is fully booked or rented out for a private party. The communal cave is available for private rentals. The second salt cave is specifically for individual or couples, for private Massages, private Energy Healing, private Stress Mastery, private Sound bathes and more.
We also have 4 private treatment rooms where the team of holistic healers work throughout the day, collaboratively guiding you on your wellness journey. We recently added a new movement studio where we offer Yoga, supportive, relaxing workshops, classes Women’s circles, Birthday parties, private events, team building, Retreats and Custom Wellness Experiences.
