Your journey begins with an explanation of the benefits of dry salt therapy as you set your intention for your relaxing 45 minute Himalayan Salt session. Just sit back and breathe deeply in our dimly lit cave while listening to the gentle trickling of our salt water cascade. Drift away to the surrounding music while the salt nourishes your body.
