We offer custom designed massages with our highly-trained massage therapists who incorporate a variety of healing modalities depending on your own personal preferences. These include but are not limited to Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage and Therapeutic Massage.

You can add Aromatherapy, Deep Healing Heat Therapy or to any massage for an additional $25. 

Aroma Therapy

We offer you a choice of pure essential Young Living oils because Young Living harnesses natures most powerful elements in their oils. Select the scent you are drawn to and let this massage help relieve your stress, inflammation and pain.
Essential oils are aromatic, concentrated plant extracts that are carefully obtained through steam distillation, cold pressing, or resin tapping.

Pre-Natal

Being pregnant is miraculous. Your body is going through changes which are often accompanied by aches and pains. Let our experienced massage therapists help relieve some of these aches and pains by using their collection of massage techniques to pamper you. You are carrying a baby, you deserve to be nurtured.

Our restorative signature massage treatment focuses on creating the most holistic experience possible to put you in a place of pure relaxation. This treatment is done in our private salt cave and includes: Himalayan Hot Stones, Aromatherapy and a salt session while you are having the massage.

RSC Reiki

This healing experience will include a custom designed full body massage, aromatherapy of your choice and Reiki. The multidimensional healer will share their intuitive  information with you as they receive it. You will leave with a beautiful gift.

Hot Himalayan Salt Stone

50 minutes | $165

The Himalayan salt stones nourish the skin while helping to replenish the body with 84 essential nutrients. The Himalayan stones melt away tension easing muscle stiffness which expands blood vessels and encourages blood flow. This increases circulation and metabolism and promotes deep relaxation. The heat amplifies the benefits and encourages greater relaxation.

CBD

50 minutes | $160

After much research Roslyn Salt Cave now offers CBD massages. Our CBD is Lab tested,  Non-Psychoactive and Anti-inflammatory. Massage creams and oils infused with CBD, are inherently therapeutic for the mind and the body. Our therapist will use an individual tin of CBD for each treatment, whatever is left over is your to take home for extended healing.

The CBD salve is also available for purchase in our retail store. 

RSC Crystal

Crystal Therapy is an alternative modality that is gaining popularity after dating back thousands of years. This treatment method is naturally occurring earth derived materials to get straight to the energy or vibration at fault within our body system.

Being Energy transducers, crystals work directly with the body’s energy System to help unblock stuck energy and restore the flow of cellular communication. 

Crystals of all types, shapes and sizes are intuitively used to promote healing and a feeling of well being and tool relaxation.  To reduce facial puffiness and help fight wrinkles, a Jade roller will be used for enhancement of blood circulation leaving your skin smooth and revitalized!

We will need your birthdate when you book the massage so that when you leave you will receive a custom made Sage Reiki Charged Crystal as a gift to enhance the experience at home.

Reiki, Ama Therapy, Crystal Sound Healing Journey

This magical journey takes place in our private salt cave. Enjoy this one of kind Multi Sensory Healing Experience You will climb into our heated beds and begin to breathe in the Himalayan Salt, which immediately goes to work on your respiratory system, helping to relieve inflammation, allergies, sinus issues, anxiety and  may also aid in strengthening the immune system, decreasing mental fatigue and reducing stress. 

The therapist will intuitively select crystals based on your birthdate prior to the start of the massage.

You will enjoy a custom designed full body massage that includes hot stones, aromatherapy, energy healing and strategic crystal placement on specific energy centers to enhance the relaxation while our sound therapist uses various sound modalities to relax your Vegas nerve and send you in to a completely relaxed, meditative state.

What is the Sundowner Massage and why would you have it?

This skin quenching massage includes a gentle skin hydration technique which soothes sun kissed skin. 

During the massage Aloe Vera is combined with our organic moisturizing massage cream. Aloe Vera contains over 200 active components including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, polysaccharide, and fatty acids.

The aloe vera plant has long been used for health and healing purposes. Staring at the plump leaves of this plant, one can easily imagine what sort of magic it might hold. If you’ve ever had a chance to crack a big aloe vera leaf in half, you may have marveled at the cool, gel substance inside with its mild, fresh aroma. 

The aloe vera help heal sunburns, it also is reported to soothe inflammation and reduce scarring. In addition, aloe vera has antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties. Used topically in a massage cream, it may help speed cell regeneration and ease such conditions as psoriasis, eczema, acne and skin ulcers.

Terms: In order to help you prioritize your self care we have the following conditions. The massage is not transferable, this is your one hour a month to be SELFISH! If you are unable to use the massage, you lose it. So no excuses, YOU come first! We require a 6 month minimum at which time the membership will auto-renew. You can cancel at any time after the first 6 months. Payment is taken up front.
